in the pursuit of health
I don't know what optimal health means to me, but I am focused on figuring it out.
I don't eat meat, I don't drink alcohol, I meditate a lot, am a trained yoga teacher, and I have a Guru.
Sometimes I'm more of a junk-food-itarian, and I tend to overeat when I get stressed (which has been the case this past year starting up two companies). I love to teach people about their personal power, and spiritual connectedness through meditation and yoga, and workshops on storytelling from the soul.
My personal power and impact in this world is directly linked to my personal health and wellbeing and I have some work to do.
I'm a work in progress and part of my intention of including this on this site is to share my progress with mindfulness, more sleep, exercise, increased time in nature, and openness about my psychological and spiritual wellbeing while leading a very full, career-focused life.
